Chief Financial Officer 

Frank is an artist and former filmmaker, who for many years has served in a financial capacity for a wide range of non-profit organizations. He is also an investment counselor and the Financial Director of a small Arts foundation based in NYC, providing grants to deserving artists in many fields.
